I am asian and i need some makeup tips
im just 16 not much time in the morning but i would like to know what most ppl do for makeup step to step like getting up to getting ur make up done
what kind of foundation do u use?
eyeliner? i want to try using eyeliners but how the heck would u apply the liquid kind without making a mess and drawing a thick ugly line?
and i have double eyelids unlike alot of asians so i donno how that would work out
anyways give me some ideas!!

Erm hi,I’m in Singapore and most of my makeup wearing friends have double eyelid…and all of us are Asians so don’t worry about it.Btw,you only need foundation if u got not so good skin or else just use makeup base,which you can skip if you have used moisturisers such as the Loreal one which acts as a makeup base.BLUSHER IS VERY IMPORTANT.Invest on a good one because you can just use blusher and will look perked up all day long.Try the Revlon ones if you want.Also,dab on a light colored gloss on your lips and here’s a tip:to make your lips gloss without making it too heavy,apply a sheer gloss at the middle of both your upper and lower lip,it really works!And apply light colored eyeshadow(or don’t)such as sheer gold,brown,or apply white color at the eyelid and the inner corner and underneath the eyes to make your eyes more lively.You can find these cheap products at Missha,face shop etc. and finally apply mascara(if you eyelashes are thick then don’t need) if there’s sasa around your house try Dejavu fiberwig or off-the counter,get Maybellinne unstoppable.OH BY ThE WAY,please apply sunblock before everything,that’s the Japanese secret to beautiful skin =)
BTW,eyeliner is NOT ESSENTIAL for us with double eyelids because if you make a mess,you’ll end up looking really bad and look like you’ve just been punched.But if you really wanna try,try Bibo eyeliner which you can get from yahoo!auctions and IN BROWN.Never in black.It makes you look much fresher.Black is very emo and makes you look very tired.Hope this helps.If you wanna use foundation,try Shiseido foundation,always invest on a good foundation or don’t even use one at all as it may be adverse to your skin.

I’m in need of a change of makeup for my eyes. I want them to appear more beautiful, noticeable, and even bigger. Any tips whether it’s about eyeliner, shadow or anything would be greatly appreciated. =]

I do! I recently totally re-vamped my eye make-up to make bigger, more beautiful eyes.

Before I went with simple eyeliner, mascara, and maybe some neutral shadow.

Now, I totally changed it and like it so much better! For bigger more intense eyes, drop the eyeliner! Trust me, I LOVE eyeliner and never went a day without it, until recently. I changed my eye make-up completely. I picked out some colors that work well on me. I love purple since it makes my green eyes bold. Experiment, and you'll find a color you love! Choose a few shades of one color. Sweep your entire eye with the lightest shade, the outer edge of your lid with the darker shade, and the inner lid with a metallic of the same or similar shade. Use white eyeshadow on the inner corners to bring our your eyes. The most important step is to BLEND the colors together to get a fading effect. Take white, or the lightest shade possible and swipe your lower lashes. Next, find the blackest mascara possible. Give your top lashes a few generous swipes, and if you're up to it, get a nice clean swipe on your lower lashes. Your eyes will POP and the color does NOT have to be dramatic. It's so much nicer than heavy liner!

The mascara and white corners will make your eyes appear bigger, the whites of your eye appear whiter, and your color will seem brighter! Good luck!

I AGREE! Great Lash is THE mascara. It's the ONLY thing I use and it makes my lashes beautiful! People have to make sure that they're not fake! Haha. Depending on where you get it, or if it comes in a pack of two, it's $3-$6 a bottle. They even make waterproof. Go for "Blackest Black" for the most intense look!
